What to expect:

Participants can expect a day-long immersive experience including somatic movement, journaling prompts, discussion circles, and the invitation to share your process with others through a site-specific “happening” at the end of the day. In a culture that often rushes past pain, Seasonal Retreats are a space to slow down, be held by nature, and connect with others who hope to do the same.

Retreats begin at 10am, and we ask all participants to arrive by 9:45am. We thoughtfully structure each retreat (including moments of rest), so we do ask participants to be prompt. Retreats last through dinner, normally finishing around 7pm.

Every activity — group or solo — is about staying true to your own process. While we give you step-by-step prompts and activities to deepen your experience, our retreats are not about adhering to an agenda or doing things “right”. We created this sacred container for you to tend to your grief, be spontaneous in your creativity, and listen to your heart. When you give yourself the permission to listen to your own process, it creates safety for others to do so as well.

What Participants Say

∞ What Participants Say

To me, healing means being able to accept what is, what has passed, and be at peace. My experience today was feeling like a weight was lifted.
It feels as though this retreat cleared some of the thatchy my mess in mind so I can more clearly look forward to what I want to create.
I felt such a sense of community today. My experience with everyone felt accepting, open, vulnerable, and raw. Everyone let everyone be as they are/were with zero expectations or judgment.
Today, I gave myself and others permission to be treated with elevated tenderness. Most spaces do not prioritize or consider tenderness, so it felt unique and special.
