Stay tuned for Fall 2025 Retreat 🍂

Seasonal Retreats are designed for participants to process grief, inspire creativity, and witness each other in community.

In a world that tells you to move on, we encourage you to move through.

The purpose of this work is to honor grief as a sacred process, lighten what feels too heavy to bear alone, and reclaim creativity as your birthright for healing, all while staying in touch with the beautiful complexity of life.

What to expect:

Participants can expect a day-long immersive experience including somatic movement, journaling prompts, discussion circles, and the invitation to share your process with others through a site-specific “happening”.  In a world that often rushes past pain, Seasonal Retreats are a space to slow down, be held by nature, and connect with compassionate community.

Retreats begin at 10am, and we ask all participants to arrive by 9:45am. We thoughtfully structure each retreat (including moments of rest), so we do ask participants to be prompt. Retreats last through dinner, normally finishing around 7pm.

Every activity — group or solo — is about staying true to your own process. While we give you step-by-step prompts and activities to deepen your experience, our retreats are not about adhering to an agenda or doing things “right”. We created this sacred container for you to tend to your grief, be spontaneous in your creativity, and listen to your heart. When you give yourself the permission to listen to your own process, it creates safety for others to as well.
